VAGABOND APPAREL — RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At VAGABOND PARIS, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of every piece. Please review our policy carefully before making a purchase.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We accept returns for store credit or exchange only within 14 days of delivery. We do not offer refunds to the original payment method.

ELIGIBILITY
To be accepted, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Free of stains, odors, or damage
  • Returned with all original packaging and tags attached

Any item that does not meet these standards will be declined.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN
All returns must be approved before being sent back.
To initiate a return, please contact us at: vagabondprs@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for return

Once approved, return instructions and the return address will be provided.

RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or stolen return packages.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Sale or discounted items
  • Limited drops or exclusive releases

PROCESSING
Once your return is received and inspected, please allow 3–7 business days for your store credit or exchange to be processed.
